KCA is involved in All-of-a-Piece urban design where important areas of the city are taken up for more detailed urban design attention. The scope of such urban design involves addressing essential elements of the whole project. The structure of the development includes designing the spatial pattern and character of the built form and public spaces and setting detailed design guidelines for developers and architects to follow.

KCA serves as reviewers of each sub-proposal that evolves from the whole piece.
